Refund policy

 

We are glad you chose a Nanis jewel, however if it’s not exactly what you were expecting, you have 14 days from receiving your order to make an exchange or return, free of charge, and send it back to us. We will collect your jewel free of charge, on a day that is convenient for you.

If you wish to arrange a return, please send an email to customerservice@nanis.it . We’ll get in touch as soon as possible and will provide you with all the information.

Please return all items, including the warranty certificate and the box containing the jewel. This is in fact part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in an outer packaging when sending it back to us. Make sure to carefully seal the outer packaging.

Once the return confirmed, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise requested.

In any case, you won’t be charged for your return.
