You canextend the warranty for an additional 24 months free of charge by sending a request to customerservice@nanis.it, providing your details and attaching a copy of your proof of purchase.

Once your request is received, our Customer Service team will send anextended warranty receipt by e-mail, which must be kept carefully.

Presenting this extended warranty receipt to an authorized retailer, together with the properly completed, stamped, and signed warranty certificate, is required for the warranty to remain valid.
